Steve Maxim, President and CEO

Fresh out of college Steve owned and managed his own retail soccer store. But the family business, started by his father in 1998, beckoned him in 1999 when he joined Maxim Enterprises. Under Steve's leadership as Chief Operating Officer, Maxim became one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the nation. In his words, Steve "took the reins and rode the horse through ups and downs." Krishna McCollins, Franchise Manager

Krishna is responsible for recruiting new contractors to deliver quality, on time results.  This includes screening, thorough background checks, Maxim contracts, territory analysis, and walking our contractors through step by step on how to become an effective contractor for Maxim.  Krishna has focused on the Maxim training program, which includes an online training program, online quizzes, webinars, set up of weekly conference calls, arriving onsite to work with contractors, and our tried and proven Pre-operating and Operations manuals.  Krishna also has a WizIQ profile to assist Steve in teaching others about Mortgage Field Services.  Here is a link to her profile:

Dave Klein, Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, Dave Klein is working very actively in streamlining the collection process with our clients.  He is currently working with our clients on a weekly basis to improve our turn around on our receivables.  He is continuing to make strides in all areas of the business to improve our relationships with our clients.

Kelly Shearer, Client Manager

Kelly is working actively to manage Maxim's many clients and Maxim's processing staff.  She focuses on maintaining strong relations with our clients as well as establish a strong relationship with new clients.  She is also looking to improve our processors' efficiency as well as their accuracy in completing work for our clients.
